Refund & cancellation policy Please read the following policy to understand the rework and refund policy of Services on Home Doot Technology Private Limited. Acceptance of this Policy is mandatory prior to booking any service from Home Doot Home Services.

  • Any complaints in respect of the service should be raised within 24 hours from the service. In the event that any rework or refund is to be processed for the service it shall be initiated only within the warranty period for the respective service. The warranty period of various services is as set forth in Schedule 1 and the exclusions are set forth in Schedule 2. The decision on whether a service should be reworked, or a refund is to be provided will be at the discretion of Home Doot
  • In the event that any rework is to be performed for any services that has already been rendered via a service provider (“Home Doot Expert”), Home Doot should be contacted directly on or 7738670114. Please do not call the Home Doot Expert directly. In the event that any Customer directly contacts the Home Doot Expert:
    1. Home Doot will not responsible for any actions or behavior of the Home Doot Expert, nor will it be responsible for any consequences thereof.
    2. The Customer shall have waived his / her / its right to any service warranty that may have been provided at the time of booking.
  • The rework of any rendered service would be done by either a Home Doot Expert or a third party appointed by Home Doot (at the discretion of Home Doot).
  • Home Doot would be liable only for the service rendered / appliance repaired / replaced. Further, Home Doot would not be liable for any service / appliance which has been changed / altered post such rendering of service / repair, by you or any third party.
  • We do not undertake any repairs related to the printed circuit board (PCB) neither will we be able to provide any warranty for the same.
  • We do not undertake any repairs for appliances older than 5 years from the date of purchase neither will we be able to provide any warranty for the same.
  • Please report any payment or invoicing related issues within 48 (Forty-Eight) hours of the job closure.
Issues within warranty period
  • The warranty period differs from service to service and is applicable from the date of completion of the service, provided that the full amount for such service has been paid to Home Doot.
  • In case you have any concerns with the work completed, Home Doot may cause the service to be reworked free-of-cost, provided that such concern raised is bona fide and/or upon Home Doot conducting an inspection, if necessary.
  • In case it is difficult to identify if the rework is related to the Home Doot rendered service or not, we will send our technician to conduct an inspection, without any additional inspection charges and take a complete account of the situation. Post such inspection, if our technician is of the view that the rework is not related to the Home Doot rendered service, no rework of the service will be rendered. You will further be liable to reimburse any and all charges of the technician for such inspection.
  • You acknowledge and agree that for categories, including, but not limited to, laundry, beauty, fitness, home cleaning and painting, packers & movers, documentation services, a warranty and possibility of rework will not be applicable. Therefore, any issue reported with respect to the quality of service for these categories will be based on the outcome of inspection of the service provided.
For Issues raised after warranty period No work will be performed by HOME DOOT or Home Doot professionals post the warranty period. Warranty Period
  • Warranty on Pest Control is as follows: Cockroach control – 90 days, Termite Control – 90 days, Bed Bugs – 90 days on single service,
  • Any pest control services rendered other than cockroach control and is outside the AMC subscription. All pest control services take 7-10 days to take effect. Post the present treatment booked, our experts will help you identify the sources of the infestation and also will suggest you best practices to be followed for a pest free environment.
  • Warranty is not valid for any issues resulting from an existing damage in the unit/automobile for which the customer is not ready to take up the suggested repair by the Home Doot technician.
  • Warranty is not valid for any part / material which is procured / purchased by the customer or for damages / issues resulting out of the a part / material procured by the customer
  • Manufacturer warranty or 30 days of Home Doot warranty will apply for parts / materials procured by Home Doot – whichever is higher
  • Warranty is not valid for any washing / cleaning services rendered for an automobile
  • Warranty is not valid for any services wherein Home Doot is acting as the intermediator between Customer & Vendor.
Refunds of Services: To be eligible for return and refund, the following steps must be taken:
  1. Refund must be requested in writing by contacting
  2. Request of refund must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date
  3. Service must be unused to HOME DOOT Technology Private Limited immediately, according to the instructions you will receive once contacting as directed in step 1.
  4. The services must be unused and cancel before 24 hours as per scheduled date & time, as determined in HOME DOOT Technology Private Limited sole, reasonable discretion.
